House in Kozakowice Górne

Kozakowice Górne is a picturesque village located between Goleszów and Ustroń, renowned health resort. The location is very close to the center of Ustroń (6.5 km- 4 miles), which is a well-known holiday tourist destination. It’s also near Cieszyn, the capital of Cieszyn Silesia region, a beautiful town over 1,000 years old. Fresh air, proximity to Vistula River – known as the queen of Polish rivers as well as to Beskidy Mountains, alongside the peace and silence of the region, are undoubtedly the major attributes of this unique location. The five-room house with two bathrooms was built in 2010 in a traditional, local style. Styrofoam was used for insulation, which is essential during beautiful Polish winters, and the roof is covered with tiles. The plot is fenced and has a driveway made of paving stones. The surroundings include privately owned houses and some still undeveloped areas.

The assets of the building include a nostalgic fireplace in the living room, underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the attic’s bathroom as well as breathtaking views.
